This project focuses on automating the extraction of business email IDs from Google Maps using workflow automation tools. The primary objective is to collect publicly available business contact data efficiently and organize it for outreach or analysis.

Project Overview

The system automates the process of gathering business information from Google Maps search results. It extracts details such as business names, addresses, websites, and email IDs (when available), and stores them in a structured format inside Google Sheets.

Workflow Process

1. Search Query Input
   • Define keywords (e.g., “restaurants in Chennai” or “digital marketing agencies in Coimbatore”).
2. Data Extraction via n8n
   • n8n triggers automated workflows.
   • It fetches business listings from Google Maps using APIs or scraping services.
   • Extracts relevant fields such as:
     • Business Name
     • Location
     • Website URL
3. Email Extraction
   • Visits business websites (if available).
   • Scrapes publicly listed email addresses from contact pages or metadata.
4. Data Storage in Google Sheets
   • Cleaned and structured data is automatically pushed into Google Sheets.
   • Enables easy filtering, sorting, and export.
