Product Overview

PRP Dual Redundant Network Interface System is an air cooled system providing redundancy on 100/1000 Mbps Ethernet ports implementing IEC 62439-3 Clause 4 (PRP). It implements redundancy on either the Copper Ethernet (100/1000Base-T) or Fibre Ethernet (100/1000Base-X) interface selectable during configuration. It also has one additional 10/100/1000Base-T Ethernet port for configuration and status reporting.

  • Compliant to IEC-62439-3 Clause 4 PRP standard
  • 6U VPX standard board, 2 slot aircooled chassis
  • Supports one set of 100/1000Base-T Ethernet ports comprising of one SAN and two LAN ports
  • Supports one set of 100/1000Base-X Ethernet ports comprising of one SAN and two LAN ports
  • Implements redundancy function on either 100/1000Base-T or 100/1000Base-X; through one time configuration during boot stage
  • Health information and statistics be made available via SNMP over console port
  • Configurable via CLI
