My experience with Oracle is impressive. It saves time and helps you to generate high revenue, easiness in using the product. You can handle whole hotel operations in single product. This is a monopoly product. One and only problem found is the support from the oracle on escalations. If any issues escalated they come back to us as bug instead of fixing the issue.
